Delete selected data in NiceApp

1. Posts: open your post, open its options, select Delete Post, and confirm.
2. Messages: open the conversation, press and hold a message you sent, select Delete, and confirm.
3. Conversation history: open Chats, open the conversation options, select Delete Chat, and confirm.

These actions do not delete your NiceApp account.

Request deletion of other data

Email support.niceapp@mozonda.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject NiceApp Data Deletion Request and describe the data you want deleted.

To protect your account, Mozonda may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password or verification codes.

Data deleted and data retained

• The selected posts, messages, conversation records, and associated media under your control are deleted from active NiceApp systems when the applicable deletion completes.
• Your NiceApp account, profile, credentials, privacy settings, contacts, and content you did not select remain active.
• Content already delivered to another user may remain in that user's account, device, screenshots, downloads, or backups.
• Deleted data may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups are overwritten during the normal backup cycle.
• Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Delete your entire account

To delete your account and associated data, open NiceApp and go to Settings > Delete Account, then complete the confirmation steps. This is separate from deleting selected data while keeping your account.
